UK customers: Next Day Delivery costs just £4. If you wish to return a dress we will collect it by courier for FREE.

Returns
UK Customers: We can arrange FREE courier collection and the exchange or refund of any unworn, undamaged dresses returned within 7 days of delivery. If you wish to exchange for another colour/style/size we will send out your new dress for FREE. If you wish to receive a refund we will return the purchase price of the dress to you in full. Customer outside of the UK: We will exchange or refund of any unworn, undamaged prom dresses returned within 7 days of delivery. You will be resposible for all return delivery costs and any customs/taxes. If you would like more info please contact us. If you would like more information about returns please click here.

Sizing

Dress Lengths

Adjusting the lengths of our dresses is a fairly simple job which could be carried out by any good seamstress or dressmaker.
As customising dress lengths requires the customer to be present, we regret that we are unable to carry out dress alterations for our customers.
Shops
We are able to offer such great prices because we sell exclusively online. We do occasonaly hold trunk shows (where you can try the dresses) around the UK. If you would like to be notified about these events please send an email to contact@promroyalty.com stating your nearest city.
